We are what we sell.

May blog will be a personal synthesis of information about the power of meanings in different means of communication, markets and education systems.
I believe Design can play an important role in the creation of a logic product, catering for the needs of today’s consumers and giving extra credit and value to hand made work from indigenous cultures as a counterpart of the economic monopolies.
My intention/idea is to develop a standard model for various societies and cultures




As a first step I want to research the concepts of society and work to form a criteria for culture. I also developed comparisons between production and transformation: Traditional craft and handicrafts, producers etc. To limit the concepts of product and brand.

As a second step I will design editorial systems that permit the communication of these meanings. The intention is to create a new concept in where the producer and consumer understand the fact that the products are meanings of their identity, that is to say: We are what we buy and sell.
